Quant Market Intelligence Ltd ("GeneticQuant.ai", "we", "us", "our") operates the geneticquant.ai platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share your personal information when you use our website and services.

When you register for a GeneticQuant.ai account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and company affiliation. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information through our payment processor — we do not store full card details on our servers.

- Strategy configurations, backtest parameters, and optimization settings (to provide and improve the service)

Exchange data
If you connect a third-party exchange account (e.g. Kraken), we access only the API permissions you grant — typically read-only portfolio and trade data. We never request withdrawal permissions.

- Run genetic optimizations and backtests on your behalf

API keys for connected exchanges are encrypted and stored separately from application data. We conduct regular security reviews and penetration testing.

If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial record-keeping obligations). Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.
